Taoists refer to the three treasures of human existence as vitality, energy and spirit. The Three Treasures school of Taijiquan (Tai Chi Chuan) puts the cultivation of vitality, energy and spirit at the heart of its teaching agenda. This accords with advice found in the Taiji classic "Song of the thirteen postures":
Investigate in detail what the ultimate purpose is: to increase the age, extend the years, and achieve never-ending youthfulness.

About
The school teaches Chen style T'ai Chi, descended from Grand Master Chen Xiaowang.
- The front page. Maybe we should consider some fancy graphics for this page.
- By the way, this little box just contains notes, and will be hidden for the 'final' site.
This page will be the entry point for people who find the web site on promotional literature etc, so it should link to the other main areas of the site -- that's what the boxes at the bottom are for, but maybe links in the text would be as good or better.
I'm guessing that most people will come in through search engines though, and in that case they won't see this page at all.
